Shipping policy

A tracking number will be issued via email at the time of shipment. 

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within two business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed & shipped within a 24 hour period, Order placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the next available business day. You will receive confirmation of shipping and a tracking number so you can eagerly await the arrival of your fancy new goods.

If you wish to purchase a large, heavy or delicate item that would require shipping, please contact us at hello@gypsyandthebowerbird.com.au for a quote.. We will then hold the product until we can provide you an accurate shipping cost. Once the shipping costs have been agreed upon, shipping payment can then be made and the product dispatched.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

If your purchase requires international shipping, please contact us at hello@gypsyandthebowerbird.com.au for a quote. We will then hold the product until we can provide you an accurate shipping cost. If your parcel has not made the trip, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate it for you. If your parcel has arrived in more than one piece or you have received a faulty product, please contact the team within 7 days hello@gypsyandthebowerbird.com.au. Make sure to reference your name and order number so we can find a solution quickly.
