When is Gypsy and the Bowerbird open?

Our bricks and mortar store is open Monday to Friday 9-5pm and Saturday 9-1pm. We are located on the corner of Victoria and Macalister Street, Mackay QLD.

Can you order items in?

We will do our best to order in sold out items or special -order items in for you. Just contact us on hello@gypsyandthebowerbird.com.au or 07 4953 5125.

Can I make a purchase online, but come and collect the goods from the actual store?

We love seeing our supporters in person. Just select pick up in store under delivery method when you are
processing your sale through the check out. We cannot wait to meet you. Sleeping kids in the car or forgot to get out of you PJ’s? Just park in the loading bay give us a call and we will run your order to the car.

My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Gift wrapping is our specialty, and we are more than happy to this just for love of it. Please click on Gift wrap my order at the check out, and select complimentary gift wrapping from the drop down options.

You also have the option to select a Kraft Gift Box and Card for an additional cost.




I need a card

If you have purchased a card and would like us to fill it for you, please leave your kind words in the checkout notes (we will be sure to use our best handwriting).

You can also select a Gift Card at the check out. Simply click Gift wrap my order and select 'Add a Card' from the drop down options.


What if I have purchased multiple gifts?

We love to wrap and are more than happy to gift wrap all of your goodies individually, just please give us clear
instructions in the checkout notes. Unfortunately, we are unable to post to multiple locations within a single sale.

What happens to ‘return to sender’parcels?

Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' there is a $14.95 re-posting fee to send it to you again.

I received a damaged item. What now?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please refer to the Returns section on our website.
