Just Peppermint

These Peppermint leaves may be the brightest green and strongest menthol aroma you’ve ever come across, thanks to our incredible Italian farmers. The photo doesn’t quite do them justice. Peppermint is antispasmodic, antiseptic, anaesthetic, astringent, analgesic and diaphoretic. It’s considered a tonic, decongestant, stimulant, stomachic and antiemetic.

Common medicinal use include: relieves nausea and motion sickness, helps IBS symptoms, aids in relieving hangovers, decrease flatulence, calms, restores and lends clarity, relieves toothaches and headaches, clears throat, boosts energy. Directions: Place 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) of water. Pour over boiling water and cover teapot/teacup to allow leaves to steep up to 15 minutes.
